Position Overview:


The Electronics Test Technician is responsible for establishing testing setups and executing evaluations of electronic components and systems in accordance with established methodologies, protocols, and specifications. This role involves assembling units for the production of electronic devices based on detailed designs.

Calibration and adjustments of systems are essential tasks within this position.
In case of malfunctions, the technician will troubleshoot by making necessary adjustments or replacing components as instructed.
Utilization of hand tools, small power tools, and various measurement and testing instruments is required to fulfill job responsibilities.

The technician will determine the types of tests to be conducted, recommend enhancements to testing apparatus, and analyze results to assess the performance of products and systems.

Collaboration with engineers in the formulation and refinement of testing protocols for new products is expected, along with suggestions for product enhancements or manufacturing adjustments.
Quality monitoring and verification in line with statistical process controls may also be part of the duties.
Component-level troubleshooting is a critical aspect of this role.
Ability to interpret schematic diagrams to identify failures in both Analog and Digital circuits is necessary.
A solid understanding of Solid State devices and micro-circuitry is required.

This position operates within a fast-paced production environment, necessitating high productivity levels to meet customer demands.

Proficiency in using various measurement tools, including Digital Multi-meters, Oscilloscopes, Network Analyzers, frequency Standards, signal generators, and RF Power Meters, is essential.


Essential Qualifications :
Minimum of 1 year of relevant experience
Skilled in troubleshooting at the component level for solid state, digital, and RF circuits.
Competent in utilizing Microsoft Suite and other data management tools for accurate documentation of maintenance activities.
Experience with flying probe/high power testing

Preferred Skills :
Experience in RF Testing
Familiarity with Radar Systems

Typical Minimum Requirements :
High School diploma or equivalent experience combined with specialized technical training equivalent to an Associate degree, along with 1 year of relevant experience.
