Job Overview

Dresser Utility Solutions seeks a highly skilled Senior Contract Manager Lead to join our team in Houston, Texas. This is a full-time position with a salary range of $110,000 - $140,000 per year.

The ideal candidate will have at least 5-7 years of experience in contract management and be proficient in using contract management software and tools. The role requires strong negotiation, drafting, and analytical skills, as well as excellent verbal and written communication skills.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Contract Development and Negotiation: Draft, review, redline, and negotiate various contracts, including NDAs, MSAs, purchase agreements, service agreements, purchase orders, LOIs, change orders, and vendor contracts.
  • Contract Administration: Manage the full contract life cycle from initiation through execution, renewal, or termination. Ensure all executed contracts are accurately stored and indexed in the contract management system.
  • Risk Management and Compliance: Identify, assess, and mitigate operational, financial, and legal risk. Ensure all contracts comply with legal, regulatory, and company requirements.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, English, Law, or a related field.
  • Minimum 5-7 years of progressive experience in contract management, preferably in a corporate or manufacturing environment.
