Job Summary

We are seeking a highly experienced Senior Program Manager to lead our most complex and cutting-edge programs for Best Buy Health's top strategic customers in healthcare. The ideal candidate will possess strong problem-solving skills, excellent communication abilities, and a results-driven approach.

Key Responsibilities
  • Manage and lead complex programs and projects in the healthcare technology sector, including medical device and SaaS platform implementations.
  • Develop and maintain detailed project plans, timelines, and budgets.
  • Provide guidance and expertise to the program management team, fostering a culture of collaboration, accountability, and continuous improvement.
  • Develop and implement best practices, processes, and methodologies to optimize project delivery and drive operational excellence within the PMO.
  • Partner with senior leaders to define project priorities, allocate resources, and drive alignment with organizational goals and objectives.
Requirements
  • 7+ years of project and program management experience in a customer-facing role, preferably in the healthcare sector.
  • 7+ years of general business experience.
  • 2+ years of leading a team directly or indirectly.
  • Extensive experience leading complex projects and programs successfully, preferably within the healthcare or medical device industry.
Preferred Qualifications
  • 7+ years of project and program management experience in a customer-facing role, preferably in the healthcare sector.
  • 5+ years of experience with project management software like Smartsheet, Workfront, Wrike, Jira, etc.
  • 5+ years of experience working with senior leaders.
  • 5+ years of experience managing large functional initiatives.
  • PMP or similar certifications preferred.
