Position Overview

Role: The Commercial and Residential Management Group (CRMG) is seeking an Affordable Property Manager who possesses remarkable attention to detail and outstanding customer service skills. This role involves overseeing the daily operations of a 51-unit apartment community.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage marketing efforts and uphold property standards.
  • Screen potential residents and handle rent collection.
  • Issue notices and prepare necessary agreements.
  • Compile reports to track property performance.

Location: Weidler Commons Apartments

Compensation: $24-$27 per hour

Work Schedule: Full-time, Monday to Friday, 9 AM - 4 PM

Weekly Hours: 32.5 hours

Additional Benefits: Monthly cell phone stipend and mileage reimbursement.

Qualifications:

  • Minimum of two years in customer service.
  • At least one year in property management.
  • Experience with Yardi Property Management Software is preferred.
  • Basic proficiency in MS365 applications.
  • Strong mathematical skills for bookkeeping tasks.
  • Excellent communication abilities.
  • Ability to learn quickly and maintain attention to detail.
  • Availability for after-hours emergencies.
  • Knowledge of landlord/tenant laws and safety protocols.
  • High school diploma or equivalent.
  • Valid driver's license and clean driving record.
