Product Operations Executive

HF Holidays is seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Product Operations Executive to join our team. As a key member of our operations team, you will be responsible for ensuring the smooth administration of our walking and special interest holidays in the UK and abroad.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Oversee the efficient administration of our holidays, ensuring seamless coordination with holiday leaders and addressing their enquiries.
  • Provide technical support, ensuring equipment and resources are in place, and generating on-brand materials such as maps and route directions.
  • Engage with ground agents and leaders to gather updated information, uphold holiday programs, and manage transport requirements.
  • Maintain records on operating costs to ensure holiday operations stay within budget.
  • Establish strong working relationships with internal and external partners.

Requirements:

  • Passion for walking and leisure holidays, with knowledge of prime walking areas and proficiency in map reading and navigation.
  • Commercial awareness, strong written and verbal communication skills, and strong IT skills, including Microsoft Office.
  • Excellent interpersonal skills, especially in dealings with external suppliers and volunteer walk leaders.
  • Self-motivated and diligent individual with effective time management skills, able to manage projects to meet deadlines.
