Pest Control Specialist

We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Pest Control Technician to join our team at Insight Pest Solutions LLC. As a Pest Control Technician, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service and ensuring the highest level of quality in our pest control services.
Key Responsibilities- Providing education and service to customers on their first visit from the company
- Detailed inspection of residential or commercial properties
- Presentation and explanation given to customers to acclimate them to the service and company
- First service will be performed to either curatively or preventatively address any applicable pest issues
- Interaction with customers to troubleshoot problems and communicate the details of the service
- Interior/Exterior Applications made with liquids, granular, and dusts to residential structures
- Carrying a 50lb sprayer and managing a long 30ft webber pole in addition to other application equipment
- Data Entry & Documentation into mobile devices for services performed
- Equipment Maintenance and Repairs
- High School Diploma or equivalent
- Excellent Communication Skills
- Ability to read and understand simple documents regarding safety, regulatory, or protocol standards
- Basic mathematical skills
- Talent for solving practical problems and effective reasoning
- Take and Pass a series of exams as part of a New Hire Training Program administered by the company
