About the Job

We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Pest Control Technician to join our team at Insight Pest Solutions LLC. As a Pest Control Technician, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service and ensuring the highest level of quality in our pest control services.

Key Responsibilities
  • Providing education and service to customers on their first visit from the company
  • Detailed inspection of residential or commercial properties
  • Presentation and explanation given to customers to acclimate them to the service and company
  • First service will be performed to either curatively or preventatively address any applicable pest issues
  • Interaction with customers to troubleshoot problems and communicate the details of the service
  • Interior/Exterior Applications made with liquids, granular, and dusts to residential structures
  • Carrying a 50lb sprayer and managing a long 30ft webber pole in addition to other application equipment
  • Data Entry & Documentation into mobile devices for services performed
  • Equipment Maintenance and Repairs
Requirements
  • High School Diploma or equivalent
  • Excellent Communication Skills
  • Ability to read and understand simple documents regarding safety, regulatory, or protocol standards
  • Basic mathematical skills
  • Talent for solving practical problems and effective reasoning
  • Take and Pass a series of exams as part of a New Hire Training Program administered by the company
  • Clean Driving Record
  • Pass a Background Check
  • Pass a Drug Screen
