Pesticide Specialist

Barnes, Inc. is seeking a skilled Pesticide Applicator to join our team. As a key member of our landscaping crew, you will play a vital role in maintaining the health and beauty of our clients' outdoor spaces.
Key Responsibilities:- Safely and accurately apply pesticides and herbicides to control pests, weeds, and diseases.
- Monitor and assess landscape conditions, identifying potential issues and recommending appropriate treatments.
- Maintain and calibrate equipment to ensure accurate application.
- Adhere to all safety guidelines and regulations to protect yourself and the environment.
- Collaborate with a team of skilled professionals to achieve our clients' landscaping goals.
- Keep accurate records of pesticide applications and report findings to supervisors.
- May also perform lawn aerations and other various duties.
- Valid pesticide applicator's license or certification (Willing to train if you do not have one).
- A valid driver's license.
- Knowledge of pesticide application techniques and safety protocols.
- Strong attention to detail and a commitment to quality work.
- Ability to work outdoors in various weather conditions.
- Excellent communication and teamwork skills.
- Self-motivated and responsible with a strong work ethic.
- Ability to lift 50 pounds regularly is required.
- Experience in landscaping or horticulture is a plus.
