Job Description

The **Executive Kitchen Manager** will be responsible for overseeing the kitchen operations, ensuring seamless food preparation, and maintaining a clean and safe working environment. This role requires strong leadership skills, attention to detail, and the ability to work well under pressure.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Assist the Executive Chef in planning, directing, and overseeing kitchen operations
  • Maintain high standards of food quality, presentation, and consistency
  • Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations, as well as company policies and procedures
  • Lead and manage a team of cooks, sous chefs, and other kitchen staff
  • Collaborate with the Executive Chef to develop menus, recipes, and menu engineering strategies
Qualifications and Skills:
  • Prior experience as a Sous Chef or Executive Chef in a high-volume restaurant
  • Strong leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to manage multiple tasks, prioritize duties, and meet deadlines
  • Knowledge of food health and safety regulations, menu planning, and resource management
  • Physical stamina to work long hours, lift heavy objects, and stand for extended periods

Estimated Salary: $60,000 - $80,000 per year
