About the Role

We are looking for a skilled HR Administrative Assistant to coordinate professional services of the People Support (PS) department at Unity School of Christianity. The successful candidate will have experience in benefit/FMLA administration, pre-employment, new hire onboarding, and HRIS reporting.

Responsibilities
  1. Provide exceptional customer service as the first point of contact for walk-in and online applicants, guests, and coworkers.
  2. Manage behavioral assessment and skills testing for pre-interviews, staying up-to-date with new offerings.
  3. Coordinate the post-offer process, ensuring timely completion of new hire documents, federal I-9 procedures, employment processing, background check results, and electronic onboarding steps.
  4. Process workflow transactions into Paycom HRIS, maintaining accurate records and communicating effectively with the payroll department.
Requirements and Qualifications
  • High school diploma or equivalent required; Associate's degree in Business or Human Resources preferred.
  • Minimum two years of experience in administrative roles, such as office manager or executive assistant.
  • Ability to work independently, maintaining processes and procedures with minimal supervision.
Salary and Benefits

The estimated annual salary for this role is $38,000 - $44,400, depending on location and experience. Regular attendance at the worksite is required, and benefits include exposure to various equipment and software, working in a large campus setting.
