_Role Overview_
The Customer Service Operations team plays a vital role in fostering and enhancing customer relationships through effective contract management, order processing, and issue resolution.
_Position Summary_
The Customer Service Representative II is responsible for managing orders for distribution centers and other internal clients, ensuring alignment with scheduling, demand forecasts, and inventory levels. This role involves administering orders in internal systems and addressing customer inquiries, providing clear communication regarding any delays or issues.
_Key Responsibilities_
- Manage standard customer orders in accordance with established demand plans and schedules using internal systems.
- Respond to inquiries from internal clients regarding order status, including tracking information and priority levels.
- Identify and communicate solutions for order delays and missing information based on customer profiles.
- Utilize internal reporting tools to analyze order issues and communicate findings effectively.
- Collaborate with various internal teams to resolve customer issues and ensure compliance for international orders.
- Coordinate the processing of product samples and trials, working closely with marketing teams to meet requirements.
_Qualifications_
- 1-3 years of relevant experience
- High School Diploma, GED, or equivalent work experience

- Handles routine assignments requiring basic problem-solving abilities.
