About this role:

Wells Fargo is seeking a Customer Service Representative to join our team in Small Business Operations. As a Customer Service Representative, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service to our small business customers through various channels, including phone, text, chat, and video chat.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Support customers with empathy and resolve inquiries or issues related to financial products and services.
  • Interact with customer service teams and perform moderately complex customer support tasks.
  • Manage risk by following all policies and procedures and staying up-to-date with changes.
  • Advocate for digital services, such as online delivery of statements and eSign paperwork, as needed.
  • Receive direction from customer service supervisors and escalate non-routine questions.

Requirements:

  • 2+ years of Customer Service, Financial Services, or Contact Center experience, or equivalent demonstrated through work experience, training, military experience, or education.
  • Ability to provide strong customer service while listening, eliciting information efficiently, comprehending, and resolving customer issues.
  • Ability to execute in a fast-paced, high-demand, metric-driven call center environment.
  • Excellent verbal, written, and interpersonal communication skills with integrity and a high level of professionalism.
