Primary Care Physician

Key Responsibilities:
- Provide high-quality, patient-centered care to older adults in a variety of settings, including clinics, homes, and hospitals.
- Conduct regular interdisciplinary meetings to prioritize patient goals and predict patient outcomes.
- Develop and implement care plans that address the complex needs of older adults.
- Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team to provide comprehensive care and support.

Requirements:
- Unrestricted Washington State Medical License or ability to obtain prior to employment.
- Current DEA certificate or ability to obtain prior to employment.
- Board Eligible/Board Certified Internal Medicine or ability to obtain prior to employment.
- EMR proficiency.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Managed Care experience.
- 1+ years' experience post-training.
- Experience or training with complex geriatric patients or palliative care.
- Demonstrated skill working in a multi-disciplinary team.
