Position Overview

MedChi, The Maryland State Medical Society, is seeking a skilled physician to enhance our esteemed Hospitalist team. This role is designed for a full-time, board-certified or board-eligible physician to engage with a dynamic inpatient service.

Role Details

The ideal candidate will work in a supportive environment at a well-established community hospital. The hospital boasts a multidisciplinary team that provides comprehensive support for all inpatient activities, including specialists from various fields, pharmacists, social workers, and therapists. The hospitalist schedule typically consists of 14-17 shifts monthly, with minimal night shifts required. The average patient load is manageable, allowing for focused and quality care.

Qualifications Required

  • Valid Medical License
  • Current DEA Certification
