Advanced Practice Clinician for Primary Care

Optum, a clinician-led care organization, is seeking a Primary Care Physician Assistant or Nurse Practitioner to join our team in a dynamic and collaborative environment. As a member of our Optum Care Delivery team, you will play a vital role in our vision to make healthcare better for everyone.
Key Responsibilities- Provide high-quality patient care in an outpatient primary care setting, including office consults, annual visits, follow-up appointments, and in-office procedures.
- Manage a patient load of approximately patients per day.
- Collaborate with a team of Medical Assistants, RNs, and clinical support staff to ensure seamless patient care.
- Work a 4-day work week with 36 patient contact hours.
- Have access to on-site lab and x-ray services, specialty services, pharmacy services, behavioral health services, and walk-in clinics.
- National Nurse Practitioner certification through AANC or AANP, or Physician Assistant/ARNP Certification, or ability to obtain prior to employment.
- Unrestricted licensure in Washington or ability to obtain prior to employment.
- Current DEA or ability to obtain prior to employment.
- Current BLS, ACLS certification.
- EMR Proficient - EPIC preferred.
- Experience preferred.
As a valued member of our team, you will enjoy a comprehensive benefits package, including a competitive salary range of $109,513 to $147,146 per year, based on experience and qualifications. You will also have access to incentive and recognition programs, equity stock purchase, and 401k contribution.
