Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide initial troubleshooting and resolution for common technical issues reported by clients.
  • Log and track incidents in our ticketing system, ensuring timely and effective resolution.
  • Identify recurring technical issues and work with higher-level technicians to implement solutions.
  • Contribute to and maintain a comprehensive knowledge base, ensuring accurate and up-to-date information.
  • Provide remote assistance to clients using appropriate tools, ensuring efficient and effective support.
  • Effectively communicate with clients, providing updates on technical status and resolutions.
  • Maintain accurate records of equipment and inventory, ensuring seamless service delivery.
  • Diagnose and resolve minor technical issues, including AV equipment issues.
  • Ensure AV equipment is functioning properly in conference rooms and meeting spaces.
  • Assist with the setup and configuration of AV conference room devices.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's Degree from an accredited college or university in computer science or related field.
  • Four (4) years of equivalent experience in the Technology Solutions field.
  • Two years of experience in a technology support position.
  • Any work-related experience resulting in acceptable proficiency levels in the above minimum qualifications is an acceptable substitute for the above specified experience requirements.
