Key Responsibilities:
- Provide initial troubleshooting and resolution for common technical issues reported by clients.
- Log and track incidents in our ticketing system, ensuring timely and effective resolution.
- Identify recurring technical issues and work with higher-level technicians to implement solutions.
- Contribute to and maintain a comprehensive knowledge base, ensuring accurate and up-to-date information.
- Provide remote assistance to clients using appropriate tools, ensuring efficient and effective support.
- Effectively communicate with clients, providing updates on technical status and resolutions.
- Maintain accurate records of equipment and inventory, ensuring seamless service delivery.
- Diagnose and resolve minor technical issues, including AV equipment issues.
- Ensure AV equipment is functioning properly in conference rooms and meeting spaces.
- Assist with the setup and configuration of AV conference room devices.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's Degree from an accredited college or university in computer science or related field.
- Four (4) years of equivalent experience in the Technology Solutions field.
- Two years of experience in a technology support position.
- Any work-related experience resulting in acceptable proficiency levels in the above minimum qualifications is an acceptable substitute for the above specified experience requirements.
