Territory Sales Manager

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Territory Sales Manager to join our team at Standard Process Inc. As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for driving revenue growth across our defined territory by nurturing loyal customers and building new relationships with healthcare professionals.
Key Responsibilities- Develop and execute sales strategies to achieve budgeted sales volume and other established goals
- Build and maintain professional relationships with healthcare professionals to maximize growth potential
- Cultivate and leverage relationships to help grow our HCP network
- Utilize CRM software for effective territory management and sales analysis
- Continuously develop and refine an approach for promoting whole-food nutritional supplements within the HCP market
- Analyze and interpret market data to inform sales strategies and tactics
- Stay up-to-date on industry trends and key issues to identify relevant business opportunities
- Collaborate with inside sales partners to generate leads, appointments, and customer solutions
- Provide feedback to sales operations and marketing to develop training and educational tools for HCPs
- Utilize internal resources to ensure timely responses to customer inquiries
- Meet forecasted sales goals and attend required training sessions and meetings
- Represent Standard Process at regional or national tradeshows and conferences
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field
- 3-5 years of outside sales experience, preferably in the practitioner channel
- Experience in sales, marketing, and product development within the natural or complementary/alternative products industry
- Strong analytical skills and ability to apply sales data analysis to develop strategies and tactics
- Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to communicate with HCPs at a sophisticated level
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and CRM software
- Ability to manage multiple projects and tasks simultaneously, with a high level of organization and attention to detail
- Ability to travel 50-80% of the time
