Job Description

We are seeking a highly skilled Program Officer to join our Digital Governance team at the Eurasia Foundation. The successful candidate will be responsible for providing programmatic oversight, guidance, and backstopping support for our eGovernance programs.

The Program Officer will work closely with our program teams based in the field to ensure the successful implementation of our innovative eGovernance programs. This includes reviewing and revising reports, assisting with the preparation and review of annual implementation plans, and participating in management calls.

The ideal candidate will have a strong background in program management, particularly in public administration reform, governance, or civil society. Experience with USAID-funded programs and familiarity with eGovernance, anti-corruption, and ICT4D programming are highly desirable.

  • Provide programmatic oversight and guidance for eGovernance programs
  • Review and revise reports submitted by program teams
  • Assist with the preparation and review of annual implementation plans
  • Participate in management calls with program staff
  • Support budget oversight for eGovernance programs
  • Contribute to the design and implementation of systems and procedures to track and report on program performance
  • Act as a liaison between program partners, staff, and donors
