Job Title: Industrial Sales Representative

Staffmark Investment, LLC is seeking an experienced Industrial Sales Representative to join our Senior Leadership Team. This key role is crucial for driving top-line growth and expanding market share.

Responsibilities:
  • Lead and manage the sales team to drive growth and achieve revenue targets.
  • Develop and implement strategies to enhance sales efficiencies and expand market share.
  • Recruit, train, and retain a high-performing sales team.
  • Utilize CRM and ERP systems to manage sales pipelines and backlog.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align on company initiatives.
  • Oversee customer communications, ensuring accurate reporting and effective relationship management.
  • Provide competitive technical support and recommend new products or solutions.
  • Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and customer feedback to drive business growth.
  • Manage sales and expenses within budget; contribute to annual budgeting and forecasting.
Qualifications:
  • 7+ years of B2B sales experience, with a proven track record in leadership roles.
  • Strong strategic, analytical, and data-driven skills.
  • Proficiency in CRM and ERP systems; experience with lean management tools is a plus.
  • Excellent communication, leadership, and change management abilities.
  • Ability to operate effectively in a fast-paced environment and challenge the status quo.
