Job Overview

The Director of Sales – North Zone is a critical role responsible for driving sales growth and achieving revenue targets in the western zone of the United States. This position requires a seasoned sales professional with a proven track record of success in selling SaaS solutions to healthcare organizations.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and execute a sales strategy to achieve company goals and increase SaaS sales revenue.
  • Build and maintain relationships with key stakeholders, including distributors, channel partners, and end-users.
  • Provide sales, clinical, and technical assistance to support the sales process.
  • Monitor sales activities, sales volume, sales forecast, market acceptance, customer retention, market issues/concerns, growth opportunities, and competition.
  • Represent the company at sales functions and trade shows as required.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's Degree or equivalent experience and education.
  • Minimum of 5 years of experience in radiology sales in the healthcare industry selling capital equipment and medical software.
  • Experience in selling SaaS based solutions is preferred.
  • Ability to communicate effectively, both written and oral.
  • Ability to negotiate effectively and highly influential.
