  • Guide buyers through the home purchasing journey by understanding their needs and presenting suitable property options.
  • Negotiate favorable terms and conditions on behalf of clients, covering purchase price, financing, inspections, and closing timelines.
  • Stay informed about local market trends and economic factors affecting the real estate landscape to provide clients with accurate information.
Qualifications:
  • Seeking a proactive individual eager to grow their real estate career within a supportive team.

  • A strong commitment to delivering outstanding customer service is essential.
  • A valid real estate license and prior sales experience are required.
  • Proficiency in Mandarin or Spanish is highly desirable.

  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills are crucial.
