Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Executive Housekeeper to lead our housekeeping team at HOSPITAL HOUSEKEEPING SYSTEMS, LLC. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for ensuring the highest standards of cleanliness and hospitality in our resorts.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead and manage a team of housekeeping staff to ensure efficient and effective cleaning and maintenance of resort facilities.
  • Develop and implement housekeeping policies and procedures to ensure compliance with industry standards and company regulations.
  • Conduct regular inspections to ensure high standards of cleanliness and quality of service.
  • Collaborate with other departments to ensure seamless operations and excellent customer service.
  • Provide training and development opportunities for housekeeping staff to enhance their skills and knowledge.

Requirements:

  • Minimum 5 years of experience in housekeeping management, preferably in a resort or hospitality setting.
  • Proven track record of leading high-performing teams and achieving excellent results.
  • Strong leadership and communication skills, with the ability to motivate and inspire staff.
  • Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills, with the ability to think critically and make informed decisions.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing priorities and deadlines.
