Position Overview

The Strategic Growth Manager at Fawkes IDM will play a pivotal role in driving the firm's business initiatives and client engagement strategies. This position requires a deep understanding of the legal landscape and the ability to forge strong relationships with clients and stakeholders.

Key Responsibilities
  • Developing comprehensive proposals and presentations aimed at securing new business opportunities.
  • Acquiring in-depth knowledge of practice areas, including attorney expertise, industry trends, and client needs.
  • Maintaining and updating marketing materials to ensure accuracy and relevance, including experience listings and promotional content.
  • Managing submissions for various recognitions and rankings, ensuring high-quality entries for practice groups.
  • Facilitating meetings within practice groups to enhance collaboration and cross-selling opportunities.
  • Creating and implementing targeted business development and marketing strategies for assigned groups and attorneys.
  • Working closely with the business development team to identify and act on cross-selling opportunities to enhance client relationships.
  • Providing guidance and support to attorneys in their business development efforts and relationship management.
  • Organizing and overseeing events, continuing legal education (CLE) sessions, sponsorships, and other marketing initiatives.
  • Collaborating on public relations and digital marketing efforts, assessing current trends and opportunities for thought leadership.
  • Crafting key messaging to effectively position the firm within the market.
  • Conducting market research to identify trends, potential clients, and competitor activities, proposing actionable strategies.
  • Leading and managing marketing teams to support individual and group marketing initiatives.
  • Overseeing business development budgets to ensure effective resource allocation.
  • Willingness to travel as necessary to support business objectives.
Qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree, preferably in marketing or business.
  • A minimum of 6 years of experience in business development or marketing within a legal environment.
  • Experience in Corporate and Tax sectors is essential.
  • Demonstrated success in driving growth and client acquisition initiatives.
