Fleet Coordination Opportunity

We are seeking a Supply Chain Coordination Specialist to join our team at Swift Transportation. In this role, you will be responsible for coordinating the timely transit, pickup and delivery of all loads in the West, Central and East regions.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Coordinate fleet operations to ensure efficient load movement
  • Manage demand fulfillment by ensuring operation is running at or near 100% capacity
  • Plan pick-up/delivery moves while maximizing efficiency, minimizing costs and maintaining excellent safety and service standards

Requirements:

  • Minimum of two (2) years experience in transportation, preferably with a mix of driver leadership, planning and customer service
  • Solid understanding of the trucking industry/fleet management

Estimated Salary: $45,600 - $56,160 per year, depending on experience
