Key Responsibilities
  • Customer Service: Provide timely and effective support to customers via phone, email, and in-person interactions.

Requirements
  • Experience: 5+ years of experience in a customer-facing role, preferably in a sales or business development capacity.
  • Skills: Excellent communication, problem-solving, and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
  • Education: High school diploma or equivalent required; degree in business, marketing, or a related field preferred.
