Essential Qualifications:
  • Excellent organizational capabilities

  • Preferred background in a mid-sized to large enterprise as an intern or employee, or possession of a Business Degree

  • Willingness to maintain a flexible schedule to accommodate the needs of new hires and operational tasks
Key Responsibilities:
  • Facilitate the onboarding process for a significant number of both temporary and permanent employees
  • Conduct pre-employment assessments and checks
  • Monitor weekly time and expenses for payroll processing
  • Perform employment verification tasks
  • Execute audits as requested by clients
  • Assist with various interoffice projects and activities as needed
  • Collaborate with team members on payroll-related tasks, including submissions to third-party providers and issue resolution
  • Process payments and record remittances against invoices in QuickBooks Online
  • Handle assigned tax-related initiatives
