Nurse Care Specialist

We are seeking a skilled Registered Nurse to join our team at PAM Health, LLC. As a Registered Nurse, you will be responsible for delivering high-quality patient care while working collaboratively with our interdisciplinary team.
Responsibilities- Under the direction of the Chief Nursing Officer/Director of Nursing, Nurse Manager or Charge Nurse, the Registered Nurse will utilize the nursing process to deliver, direct, and supervise care to patients admitted to the nursing unit.
- The Registered Nurse will plan, coordinate, and provide patient care, including interdisciplinary planning, discharge planning, patient and family teaching for post-hospitalization, and accessing community resources.
- The ideal candidate will have a strong commitment to providing exceptional patient care and a passion for working in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
- RN License in the state of employment
- Current BLS certification
- Current ACLS certification is preferred initially and required after 90 days of employment
- One year of inpatient medical-surgical nursing experience preferred but not required
