LPN Wound/Treatment Nurse Opportunity

At CommuniCare Family of Companies, we're seeking a dedicated and compassionate LPN Wound/Treatment Nurse to join our team. As a valued member of our healthcare community, you'll have the opportunity to make a meaningful difference in the lives of our patients.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Perform wound care treatments, dressing changes, and other procedures as required.
  • Recommend treatment plans and procedures to attending physicians.
  • Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to ensure comprehensive patient care.
  • Provide education and support to patients and families on wound care and treatment.

Requirements:
  • Current LPN license in the state where the center is located.
  • Wound certification preferred.
  • Current CPR certification required, ACLS preferred.
