Job Summary

We are seeking a skilled Medical Assistant to join our team at CenterWell Home Health. As a Medical Assistant, you will play a vital role in providing high-quality patient care and supporting our healthcare team.

Key Responsibilities
  • Perform clinical duties such as taking vital signs, administering medications, and collecting specimens.
  • Assist with administrative tasks, including scheduling appointments and maintaining patient records.
  • Provide exceptional patient care and support, ensuring a positive experience for our patients.
  • Work collaboratively with our healthcare team to achieve excellent patient outcomes.
Requirements
  • Successful completion of a Medical Assistant training program or equivalent experience.
  • CPR certification and ability to pass a TB screening.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively in a team environment.
  • Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive patient information.
Preferred Qualifications
  • Experience working in a healthcare setting, preferably in a home health or primary care environment.
  • Phlebotomy experience and/or certification.
  • Knowledge of medical terminology and ability to understand and follow medical protocols.
