Pharmacist - Patient Care Specialist

As a Staff Pharmacist at Walmart, you will be at the forefront of patient communications, developing relationships with customers and advocating for their wellbeing. Key Responsibilities- Provide comprehensive patient care to customers by processing and accurately dispensing prescription orders, administering immunizations, and counseling patients on health care and prescription medication needs.
- Model and provide guidance to pharmacy staff on proper customer service approaches, including techniques to resolve concerns and improve patient satisfaction.
- Stay up-to-date on emergent and urgent health issues in the community and use data and insights to inform patient care and business decisions.
- Bachelor's Degree in Pharmacy or PharmD degree, or equivalent FPGE (NABP).
- Pharmacy license by job entry date.
- Completion of an ACPE Accredited Immunization training program.
