Job Summary

As a Pediatric Home Care Nurse, you will provide high-quality clinical care to medically fragile children, enabling them to grow and flourish to their full potential.

Responsibilities
  • Provide one-on-one care to clients in their homes
  • Develop and implement individualized care plans
  • Collaborate with healthcare teams to ensure comprehensive care
  • Participate in ongoing education and training to enhance clinical skills
Requirements
  • RN/LPN with a current valid license to practice as issued by the State Board of Nursing
  • Pediatric experience preferred, but not required
