Position Overview:

Role: Salesforce Lead Developer

Experience Required: 8-10 Years

Job Type: Fulltime

Key Responsibilities:

  • Convert business requirements into optimal design solutions that effectively utilize the Salesforce platform and its products.
  • Engage in hands-on development and implementation of Salesforce solutions using Apex, LWC, Flows, APIs, and standard configurations, adhering to best practices in Apex Design Patterns.
  • Participate in technical design discussions and create technical documentation that aligns with business goals.
  • Proactively identify and manage potential risks in the solution, ensuring issues are resolved effectively.

Required Expertise:

  • Proficient in various Salesforce platforms, including Sales, Service, and Experience Clouds.
  • Experience in developing large-scale integrations with Salesforce APIs and data integrations.
  • Strong analytical and debugging capabilities.
  • Excellent presentation and communication skills.
  • Possession of Salesforce Developer Certifications is essential.

The ideal candidate will possess a deep understanding of customer needs and business requirements, with expectations to:

  • Follow coding and review practices established by the team.
  • Take responsibility for the quality and timeliness of assigned modules.
  • Show a strong interest in emerging technologies and share knowledge with colleagues.
