Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Retail Customer Service Coordinator to join our team at HomeGoods. As a key member of our frontline team, you will be responsible for delivering exceptional customer experiences, driving customer loyalty, and promoting a positive and inclusive store environment.

Key Responsibilities
  • Customer Experience: Promote a Highly Satisfied customer experience by addressing customer concerns and issues promptly, providing excellent customer service, and ensuring a seamless shopping experience.
  • Team Leadership: Lead and develop high-performing teams through training, mentoring, and coaching, ensuring that all team members have the skills and knowledge needed to excel in their roles.
  • Operational Excellence: Maintain and monitor cash controls, including change funds, and adhere to all labor laws and meal and break period policies.
  • Store Maintenance: Ensure the cleanliness, recovery, and organizational standards of the frontline area, including the queue-line, and report any safety hazards to management.
  • Communication: Update team members on current customer experience feedback, goals, and company initiatives, and communicate effectively with management and other stakeholders.
Requirements
  • Education: High School graduate or equivalent degree preferred.
  • Availability: Available to work flexible schedules, including evenings and weekends.
  • Skills: Excellent interpersonal and customer service skills, ability to work as a team member, and ability to lift heavy merchandise with or without reasonable accommodations.
  • Experience: Previous retail or supervisory experience preferred.

This position has a starting pay range of $16.00 to $16.50 per hour. Actual starting pay is determined by a number of factors, including relevant skills, qualifications, and experience.
