Job Title: Retail Customer Service Coordinator

At HomeGoods, we're looking for a highly skilled and motivated Retail Customer Service Coordinator to join our team. As a key member of our frontline team, you will be responsible for delivering exceptional customer service, driving customer loyalty, and promoting a positive shopping experience.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Provide exceptional customer service, responding to customer inquiries and resolving issues in a timely and professional manner.
  • Drive customer loyalty through programs and initiatives, ensuring customers feel valued and appreciated.
  • Train and mentor frontline team members on policies and procedures, ensuring they have the skills and knowledge to deliver exceptional customer service.
  • Monitor and maintain cash controls, ensuring accurate and efficient handling of cash and credit transactions.
  • Adhere to all labor laws and meal and break period policies, ensuring a safe and healthy work environment.
Requirements:
  • High school graduate or equivalent degree preferred.
  • Available to work flexible schedule, including evenings and weekends.
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
  • Ability to work as a team member, providing support and guidance to colleagues.
  • Ability to lift heavy merchandise, with or without reasonable accommodations.
