  • Sales Strategy & Execution: Manage the complete sales cycle, from prospecting to closing deals.
  • Market Development: Identify and leverage market opportunities to drive business growth.
  • Foster and Maintain Strong Relationships: With key clients and business partners.
  • Technical Expertise & Support: Provide high-level technical support to enhance the sales process and customer satisfaction.
  • Operational Excellence: Oversee daily operations to ensure alignment with company standards.
  • Market Insights & Reporting: Conduct in-depth market analysis and competitive research to support strategic decisions.
Requirements:
  • Education: Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering, Electrical Engineering, or a related field. An MBA or similar advanced qualification is a plus but not required.
  • Experience: At least 10 years of experience in a senior role with a focus on technical sales and business management.
  • Technical Acumen: Strong technical knowledge in engineering and industrial solutions.
  • Demonstrated Success: In sales and client relationship management.
  • Leadership & Skills: Exceptional leadership and communication abilities.
  • Entrepreneurial Mindset: With strong problem-solving skills.
  • Additional Requirements: Willingness to travel frequently within the US and occasionally internationally.
