We are in search of a Sales Operations Specialist who is exceptionally organized and efficient, capable of working closely with cross-functional teams while providing support to the sales team and broader verticals.


Key Responsibilities:

  • Coordinating and compiling information and marketing materials for distribution on behalf of the Sales organization
  • Managing our internal Sales Intranet platform
  • Overseeing the maintenance of monthly and quarterly reports and mapping documents
  • Developing presentations for the Sales Organization
  • Providing administrative assistance to the Chief Revenue Officer, including scheduling travel and processing expense reports
  • Performing additional tasks as assigned
