Remote Commercial Lines Insurance Customer Service Representative

GPAC is seeking a highly skilled and enthusiastic individual to provide exceptional customer service to our insurance company clients and policyholders. As a Commercial Lines Insurance Customer Service Representative, you will be responsible for creating insurance policies, advising potential clients on coverage, and converting quotes into new policies.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Answer incoming call questions about insurance policies and insurance coverage issues, as well as consumer complaints and general inquiries
  • Demonstrate accuracy in processing client policy modifications based on the data given
  • Verify new customers' coverage and present policyholders with proof of insurance paperwork
  • Keep track of all customer inquiries and follow up to verify that all questions are answered regarding customer policies
  • Stay up-to-date on new marketing efforts to answer insurance product inquiries utilizing all the resources available
  • Handle complaints, present appropriate solutions, and alternatives within the timeframes set, and follow up to ensure that the issue has been resolved

Qualifications:

  • Property and Casualty License required
  • High school diploma or GED equivalent needed
  • 1 to 2 years of Experience
  • Knowledge of insurance products and policy schedules is preferred
  • Must have knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite
  • EPIC preferred
  • Excellent active listening, interpersonal, and communication skills
