Overview: DCM Inc., a leading medical and recreational cannabis manufacturer, seeks a Retail Sales Associate to join their team. This role is responsible for providing exceptional customer service, maintaining product knowledge, and ensuring a clean and organized work environment.

This position requires a passion for the cannabis industry, strong knowledge of products, and experience managing a successful retail team. The ideal candidate will have excellent communication skills, be able to work well under pressure, and maintain a positive attitude in a fast-paced environment.

The estimated salary for this role is $45,000-$60,000 per year, depending on experience. Benefits include health insurance, employee assistance plan, short-term disability, life insurance AD&D, 401K, paid time off, and competitive pay.

Job Responsibilities:
  • Provide exceptional customer service, addressing customer inquiries and concerns
  • Maintain in-depth knowledge of products and strains, as well as industry-wide product knowledge
  • Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction through excellent service and professionalism
  • Counsel customers regarding the use of cannabis and cannabis-infused products
  • Conduct sales transactions accurately and handle cash transactions efficiently


Requirements:
  • 21 years of age or older
  • Federal and state criminal history background check
  • Minimum of two years of retail or food service experience, with two years of cannabis experience preferred
  • Minimum of two years of METRC experience
