Job SummaryWe are seeking a highly experienced and skilled Transformational Technology Leader to join our team as a Program Principal for Application Modernization. This strategic role will be pivotal in leading and executing large-scale application modernization customer engagements, ensuring the successful transformation of legacy systems into robust, scalable, and modern microservices and serverless solutions.
Key Responsibilities- Lead and execute large-scale application modernization customer engagements
- Design and implement enterprise-level solutions using Microsoft technologies, including Azure,.NET, and Microsoft 365
- Provide technical leadership in the design and architecture of application modernization solutions, ensuring scalability, performance, and maintainability
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define modernization strategies and roadmaps
- Develop and deliver Application Modernization offerings for customer's Cloud-native and Cloud-agnostic needs focused on Microsoft technology stack
- 10+ years of relevant professional experience in Software Architecture and design
- 5+ years of experience in Enterprise architecture, solution design, and technical leadership roles
- Proven track record in leading and successfully implementing Application modernization initiatives
- Strong proficiency in C#, VB.NET, JavaScript/TypeScript, SQL, and PowerShell
- Expertise in Azure cloud platform for development, deployment of modern applications and services
- Advanced degrees (Master's, Ph.D.) in computer science, Information Technology, or a related field
- Previous leadership experience in managing and leading cross-functional teams
- Ability to inspire and mentor team members, fostering a culture of innovation and collaboration
