Job Summary

As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for driving revenue growth by selling Comcast Commercial Internet, Video, and Voice services to mid-size and large businesses. You will work closely with our team to develop and execute sales strategies, build relationships with key decision-makers, and deliver exceptional customer experiences.

Core Responsibilities
  • Sales and Business Development: Create and deliver compelling sales presentations to prospective clients, highlighting the value of Comcast's services and solutions. Meet or exceed sales targets and revenue goals.
  • Account Management: Develop and maintain strong relationships with existing customers, ensuring their needs are met and exceeded. Identify opportunities to upsell and cross-sell Comcast's services.
  • Market Knowledge: Stay up-to-date on industry trends, competitor activity, and emerging technologies to stay ahead of the competition.
  • Customer Service: Provide exceptional customer service, responding to customer inquiries and resolving issues in a timely and professional manner.
  • Reporting and Analysis: Maintain accurate sales records and prepare regular reports on sales performance and market trends.
Requirements
  • Education: Bachelor's degree in a related field.
  • Experience: 5-7 years of sales experience, preferably in a commercial or enterprise setting.
  • Skills: Strong communication and interpersonal skills, ability to work in a fast-paced environment, and proficiency in sales software and tools.
