Anderson Recruiting + Consulting, Inc. is seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Remote IT Staffing Sales Executive to join our team. As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for managing and expanding our Fortune 50 enterprise account in Houston.

What You'll Do:

  • Develop and execute a strategic plan to grow the enterprise account, building strong relationships with key decision-makers.
  • Identify and pursue new business opportunities within the enterprise customer's organization.
  • Collaborate with our IT recruitment team to deliver high-quality candidates and meet the client's staffing needs.
  • Drive revenue growth through effective account management and new business development.

What We're Looking For:

  • 2-3 years of experience in IT staffing sales, with a proven track record of success in account management and new business development.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with clients and colleagues.
  • Passion for growth and leadership potential, with the ability to manage a team and drive business results.
  • Bachelor's Degree.
