Job Description

We are seeking an experienced Account Executive to drive the sale of Nymbus services and products that enable banks and credit unions to accelerate their growth through new routes to market. The ideal candidate will have a consultative approach, understanding the prospective customer's business objectives and jointly building a vision of customer success leveraging the Nymbus solution set.

Key Responsibilities
  • Identify banks and credit unions seeking to modernize through digital transformation
  • Develop an assigned territory to achieve sales targets and strategic goals
  • Understand each prospect's business environment and effectively communicate at all levels of the prospect organization
  • Identify opportunities based on the available Nymbus solutions, industry trends, and market activities
  • Build and foster long-term relationships and referrals with key leaders in the banking and financial services sectors
Requirements
  • Bachelor's Degree or equivalent work experience with 5+ years of enterprise sales experience
  • Knowledge of banking software and banking operations
  • Proven ability to create deep, trusted relationships with C-level Executives and decision makers
  • Strong presentation and communication skills
  • Sales proficiency: Relationship building, negotiation, persuasion, and overcoming objections
