What You'll Do

As an Associate Business Systems Consultant, you will work out of our Lake Forest, IL or Chicago, IL location in the BTS division supporting the Core Diagnostics commercial business. Your key responsibilities will include:

  • Developing information systems strategies that align with business objectives
  • Conducting business process analysis and requirements engineering to identify IT capabilities required to support business processes
  • Providing project support and project management, including data and process modeling, managing change, and leading testing and verification
  • Conducting training and developing productive business and IT relationships to ensure effective communication and successful implementation of project efforts
  • Identifying process disconnects and translating them into improvement opportunities with cost savings or avoidance, productivity improvements, or revenue-generating business benefits
Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • A Bachelor's Degree
  • 5+ years of experience in a related field
  • Strong presentation, written, and verbal communication skills
  • Ability to work effectively within a team in a fast-paced changing environment
  • Multi-tasking, prioritizing, and meeting deadlines in a timely manner
  • Ability to balance multiple projects simultaneously
Preferred Qualifications

Experience in one or more of the following areas, with emphasis on global healthcare:

  • Customer relationship management (CRM) solutions
  • Configure, Price, Quote (CPQ) solutions
  • Revenue Management (RM) solutions
  • Incentive Compensation solutions
