Job Summary

We are seeking a highly detail-oriented Document Validation Specialist to join our team at Community Choice Financial Family of Brands. As a key member of our Corporate and Store Operations teams, you will be responsible for auditing and validating loan documentation to ensure accuracy and compliance with Company policies.

Responsibilities
  • Process and validate the accuracy of various detailed documents to support daily operations.
  • Review a variety of detailed documents to ensure their accuracy and compliance with Company policies.
  • Research and verify information provided by accessing third-party verification sites.
  • Advise and support store team members nationwide on maintaining detailed and accurate documents and documentation.
  • Provide exceptional customer service at all times during internal communications.
Requirements
  • High School Diploma
  • At least 1-2 years of data entry, customer service, or administration experience
  • Exceptional attention to detail
  • Strong customer service skills, particularly over the phone
  • 60 wpm typing speed with high accuracy is a must
  • Ability to multi-task while performing in a high-volume environment
  • Prior experience working in a call center environment is helpful
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite
