As a key member of the Walgreen Co. team, the Human Resource Generalist will work collaboratively with the HR Manager to provide support for a wide range of Human Resources activities. These include:
- Employee engagement initiatives to foster a positive and inclusive work environment
- Performance management processes to ensure employee growth and development
- Recruitment and selection strategies to attract top talent
- Employee relations and conflict resolution to maintain a harmonious workplace
**Key Responsibilities**
- Collaborate with the HR Manager to develop and implement HR strategies aligned with company goals
- Provide HR support for employee onboarding, training, and development programs
- Assist with recruitment and selection processes, including job postings and candidate screening
- Conduct employee relations and conflict resolution to maintain a positive work environment
**Requirements**
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field
- 1-2 years of experience in HR generalist or related role
