Supervisory Physician Position

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Physician to fill the role of Supervisory Physician. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for overseeing the medical staff, developing and implementing healthcare programs, and ensuring the highest level of patient care.
Key Responsibilities- Oversee the medical staff and ensure that they are providing high-quality patient care.
- Develop and implement healthcare programs to improve patient outcomes and reduce healthcare costs.
- Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to ensure that patients receive comprehensive care.
- Manage budgets and resources to ensure that healthcare programs are delivered efficiently and effectively.
- Develop and implement policies and procedures to ensure that healthcare programs are delivered in accordance with regulatory requirements.
- Doctor of Medicine (M.D.) or Doctor of Osteopathic Medicine (D.O.) degree from an accredited medical school.
- Current, active, full, and unrestricted license to practice medicine in a State, the District of Columbia, the Commonwealth of Puerto Rico, or a territory of the United States.
- At least 5 years of experience in a supervisory or management role in a healthcare setting.
- Excellent leadership and communication skills.
- Ability to work effectively in a team environment.
- Board certification in a medical specialty.
- Experience in healthcare program development and implementation.
- Knowledge of healthcare regulations and policies.
