Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Supervisory Physician to join our team. As a key member of our healthcare team, you will be responsible for providing medical leadership and direction to our staff, ensuring the delivery of high-quality patient care and services.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide medical leadership and direction to our staff, including physicians, nurses, and other healthcare professionals.
  • Develop and implement policies and procedures to ensure the delivery of high-quality patient care and services.
  • Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to develop and implement clinical programs and services.
  • Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and accreditation standards.
  • Provide medical expertise and guidance to our staff, including medical staff education and training.
  • Participate in quality improvement initiatives and patient safety programs.
  • Develop and manage budgets and resources to ensure the effective delivery of healthcare services.
Requirements
  • Doctor of Medicine (M.D.) or Doctor of Osteopathic Medicine (D.O.) degree from an accredited medical school.
  • Current, active, full, and unrestricted license to practice medicine in the United States.
  • Board certification in a relevant medical specialty.
  • At least 5 years of experience in a supervisory or leadership role in a healthcare setting.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work effectively in a team environment.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
