Job Title: Bilingual Contact Center Representative

Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly motivated and customer-focused Bilingual Contact Center Representative to join our team. As a key member of our customer service team, you will be responsible for providing exceptional service to our clients, handling customer inquiries, and resolving issues in a timely and professional manner.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Handle customer inquiries and resolve issues in a timely and professional manner
  • Provide exceptional customer service and support to clients
  • Work collaboratively with internal teams to resolve customer issues
  • Meet or exceed performance metrics and quality standards
  • Stay up-to-date on product knowledge and company policies

Requirements:

  • High school diploma or equivalent required
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet deadlines
  • Strong problem-solving and analytical skills
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team

Preferred Qualifications:

  • 1+ year of customer service experience
  • Bilingual or multilingual skills
  • Experience working in a contact center environment
