Job Summary:
We are seeking a highly motivated and customer-focused Bilingual Bank Customer Service Representative to join our team. As a Bilingual Bank Customer Service Representative, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service to our clients, handling customer inquiries, and resolving issues in a timely and professional manner.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide exceptional customer service to clients via phone, email, and chat
- Handle customer inquiries and resolve issues in a timely and professional manner
- Work collaboratively with internal teams to resolve customer issues
- Meet or exceed customer satisfaction targets
- Stay up-to-date with product and service offerings to provide accurate information to customers
Requirements:

- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
