At Public Partnerships, we're committed to empowering individuals with disabilities or chronic illnesses and aging adults to remain in their homes and communities. As a Quality Assurance Specialist, you'll play a critical role in ensuring the quality of our software solutions.
As a member of our agile delivery team, you'll be responsible for validating requirements, designs, and new software components. You'll also track status and communicate progress effectively to project management, report and track defects using our defect management system, and support planning and estimating tasks.
In addition, you'll create detailed test cases and perform manual testing at different phases and times. You'll also perform system-level integration and regression testing to ensure product readiness, follow and advocate for quality-centered engineering best practices, and contribute to special quality-related initiatives to improve process.
Requirements for this role include experience creating detailed test cases and following testing best practices, a methodical and inquisitive mindset for testing beyond the obvious and uncovering evasive bugs, and experience with modern web technologies and frameworks. You'll also need strong communication and influencing skills, and a professional business demeanor.
