Job Overview

The Rehabilitation Hospital of Rhode Island is seeking a highly skilled Registered Nurse to join our team. As a Caregiving Specialist, you will have the opportunity to make a meaningful impact in the lives of our patients and their families.

About the Role
  • Accurately assess patients' needs and develop effective care plans to ensure optimal outcomes.
  • Provide personalized patient teaching and support throughout the rehabilitation stay and prior to discharge.
  • Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to deliver high-quality patient care.
  • Document patient progress and maintain accurate records.
  • Participate in quality improvement initiatives to drive excellence in patient care.
Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in Nursing or related field.
  • Current state licensure as a Registered Nurse.
  • CPR/BCLS certification and ACLS preferred.
  • CRRN certification desired.
  • At least six months of experience in an acute care setting.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Compensation and Benefits
  • An estimated salary range of $29-$48 per hour, depending on experience and qualifications.
